| Cleaning process: All cleaning processes are processed under vacuum. The cleaning chamber, reserve tank and distiller are pressure tight structures such as gas cylinder. The cleaning solvent are sealed off in the pressure tight tanks. |

| Degassed solvent made by vacuum ultrasonic, makes strong ultrasonic sound pressure. The Cleaning solvent enter inside the blind holes easily. Good for parts gap and parts blind hole precision cleaning. High cleaning efficiency, especially micro gaps and small size parts. | ||
| Danger: Using conventional vapor degreaser, such as 2 tanks or 3 tanks cleaning machines with condensing coils, are very dangerous for operators because of solvent evaporation, vapor losses & gas leakage from the open top design of the cleaning tanks. And also, the parts couldn't be dried perfectly. Density regulation of n-PB in workshop is 25ppm. In cleaning, operators are handling cleaning baskets over the cleaning tanks. n-PB and HFE' s are volatile solvents. It's hard to keep 25ppm over the cleaning tanks. So, operators inhale n-PB solvent gas. These machines also consume large amount of volatile cleaning solvent because the Condensing coils cannot prevent solvent evaporation, vapor losses & leakage. These conventional cleaning machines cannot keep workshop clean, cannot save the operators from solvent and cannot save solvent costs. Conventional cleaning machines cannot use n-PB as direct replacement for chlorinated solvent such as TCE. Why don't you keep your workshop clean & safe by using " F1-CLEAN". |
