Tissue-Tek® Glas™ g2 Automated Glass Coverslipper
The Tissue-Tek® Glas™ g2 Automated Glass Coverslipper is an instrument that automatically coverslips histopathology specimens and cytologic smears on glass slides using cover glasses.

Large capacity
Up to 420 slides can be coverslipped per hour. Up to 12 baskets (corresponding to 240 slides) can be stored after coverslipping. The operator can continue the task without having to collect slides each time.
Coverslipping accuracy
Contamination of air bubbles and the mounting medium is minimized by a titrating method of the mounting medium according to the cover glass size and a unique coverslipping operation.
Barcode reading function (optional)
Slide information is automatically acquired by the installation of a dedicated barcode reader (optional).
Connection with Tissue-Tek Prisma® Plus *
The instrument can be connected to the Automated Slide Stainer Tissue-Tek Prisma® Plus. Further labor saving is achieved by centralizing the staining and coverslipping.
*To connect with the Tissue-Tek Prisma® Plus, you need the optional kit (Tissue-Tek Glas g2 Connection Kit).
