A touch-panel that is easy to understand and read
The screen displays the specimen processing steps with illustrations and text. The user can check the programs and manage the solution exchange on the screen.
Self-check function by a bottle connection check and automatic pressure test
In order to prevent any problems during the specimen processing, the instrument has a function to check for reducing and applying pressure and for pipe clogging when bottle connections are checked before starting the processing.
Four paraffin containers
The paraffin process uses four containers that enable xylene replacement and paraffin infiltration of large specimens.
Retort that can process up to 300 cassettes
Although the instrument dimensions are 552 (W) × 604 (D) × 1,328 (H) mm, it can process up to 300 cassettes in a single cycle. When processing fewer than 150 cassettes with a small number of specimens, the solution can be saved.
Protection of the work environment
Exhaust gas from the retort, paraffin oven, and reagent bottle rack is suctioned and collected by activated carbon filters. An optional external exhaust duct can be connected.
