The Tissue-Tek Xpress® x120 Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor is an instrument that automatically prepares specimens in the processes of dehydration and clearing in a microwave retort and paraffin impregnation in a vacuum processing retort.

Improved efficiency and speed
Microwaves and special solutions reduce the time required for infiltration into the specimen. The entire fixation and embedding process is completed in an hour, enabling continuous processing at 15-minute intervals.
Minimum exposure to hazardous substances
The special solutions are set in a bottle, so exposure to organic solvents and labor-intensive replacement work are reduced. Xylene is not used, so environmental contamination is also reduced.
