Bromine-based Organic Solvent “ABZOL JG”

“ABZOL JG” exhibits high degreasing performance comparable to chlorine-based solvents such as methylene chloride and trichloroethylene.
Its low surface tension and viscosity enable good wettability, offering excellent permeability to narrow cavities of the workpiece to be washed and blind hole openings.

Superb washing capability

“ABZOL JG” exhibits high degreasing performance comparable to chlorine-based solvents such as methylene chloride and trichloroethylene.
Its low surface tension and viscosity enable good wettability, offering excellent permeability to narrow cavities of the workpiece to be washed and blind hole .

Superb drying property

Just like chlorine-based solvents, ABZOL® excels in drying property, enhancing operational efficiency.

Incombustibility

Since ABZOL® is incombustible, it does not come under the category of dangerous substances as defined by the Fire Service Act.

Stability

ABZOL® does not affect most metals, ceramics and glass. It also exhibits a high level of stability against heat decomposition and hydrolysis.

Recyclability

The solvent can be recycled by distillation, which contributes to minimizing running costs.

Environmental characteristics

ABZOL® least impacts the environment since it is significantly low in both ozone depleting potential (ODP) and global warming potential (GWP), and quickly biodegradable.

Laws and regulations

ABZOL® is not subject to the OSCL Regulations, Industrial Safety and Health Act, Water Pollution Prevention Act, and Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act, among others.

Though the PRTR Law is applicable to this solvent, the law does not restrict its use.

ABZOL® can be safely and properly used with our F1 Clean units.
