We prevent and reduce risks through global risk management activities based on our management philosophy, and when risks are revealed, we will promptly respond to them by taking appropriate actions.
2. Action Policies
2.1. Ensuring safety
We manage risks in an integrated manner throughout the Sakura Group, and take action while considering the demands and trends in the healthcare industry to earn the trust of our customers, health professionals, employees, and other stakeholders.
2.2. Risk management activities
Risk management activities are incorporated into corporate activities and deployed throughout the Sakura Group.
In conducting risk management activities throughout the Sakura Group, we spread awareness of risk management to the organization and personnel, conduct risk management training for risk management personnel with competencies required by law, and continuously improve our response to risk.
2.3. Establishing a system
To ensure appropriate action when risk arises during risk management activities, top management is responsible for establishing the following risk management system. riskmanagementsystem

To implement risk management activities appropriately, items to be addressed are clearly defined and internal rules are established.
